Processing Order

We need 1-2 business days to process your order to ensure that the watches work before shipping.

Delivery Time
The delivery time for European countries will be approximately 15 days. (The arrival time of the package depends on the logistics company’s transport situation).

Notice: For all European countries, to ensure that the package passes through customs securely, our package will first be delivered to Germany, so it cannot be tracked online for about 8-12 days before arriving in Germany, and can only be tracked after it arrives in Germany for transshipment.

For countries such as the USA, Australia, and most South American countries, it will take about 10 days.

Tracking

After we ship the package, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please track it at http://www.17track.net/ for general information about Express, http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html for EMS information, or http://www.cn.dhl.com/en.html for DHL information.

Online tracking can monitor your package at different stages. If you cannot track it, please try again one or two days later, or request assistance from our customer service.

Return Policy

Within 14 days (starting from the day the merchandise is signed/received), if you request the return of the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, meaning they must not be used (except for testing), worn, unwrapped, damaged, scratched, or manipulated. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

When we receive the returned products intact, we will deduct 20 EUR from the shipping and delivery costs for the time it took to send it to you, and then we will issue a refund.

Please note that after 14 days we may not issue a refund, but an exchange may be acceptable.
Please be aware that the refund does not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by Customs. If that is the case, an exchange would be advisable.

Exchanges

Within 14 days (from the day the merchandise was signed/received), if you find that the products you purchased do not satisfy you, you can return them and replace them under the following conditions:

Products must be returned in their original packaging, meaning they must not be used (except for testing), worn, unwrapped, damaged, scratched, or manipulated. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

When we receive the returned products intact, we will replace them with new ones and return them to you.

As there are shipping costs and handling costs involved, please understand that we must charge you 20 EUR as a shipping and handling fee before we send you the replacement item.

Exchanges will be subject to adjustment for price differences (if any).

Please note that if you wish to replace the item after the guaranteed 14 days, we suggest that you contact us directly to proceed with the processing.
